The Group of Latin American Accounting Standard Setters (GLASS), in partnership with the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), will promote, at 3:00 PM (Brasília time) on June 28, 2024, another outreach of great relevance to the accounting field. In this edition, the theme to be addressed will be Business Combinations – Disclosures, Goodwill, and Impairment, and proposed amendments to IFRS 3 and IAS 36.
The event will feature the participation of the Brazilian representative on the IASB, Tadeu Cendón, as well as the presence of the Board and members of GLASS Technical Working Groups. The outreach will be broadcast, free of charge, in Spanish, on GLASS YouTube channel. The discussions are expected to last 2 hours.
