From September 23 to 26, GLENIF’s president, José Luiz, along with directors Bill Biese and Hernán Casinelli, attended the important WSS and IFASS 2024 event in London. This international meeting brings together regulators and accounting standards setters from around the world to discuss the challenges and advances in global accounting.
Also present at this event were the president of Ibracon, Sebastian Yoshizato, and Tadeu Cendon, a member of the IASB Board. Latin American participation in global forums like this is essential to strengthen our voice and promote the adoption of best accounting practices in the region.
